How to choose and order a GUARD-PAK

When choosing a GUARD-PAK, choose a container with dimensions approximately ten per cent (10%) larger than the dimensions of the part to be contained.


Standard lip dimension is 0.19". A heat-sealable version is available with a lip dimension of 0.50". Please specify this version when ordering.


All Specialty Containers and Covers are made standard of Translucent Green vinyl; however, when ordering parts, the complete part number includes the part number from the chart and a two-letter suffix code that specifies the material used. For example, to order a GUARD-PAK with a 1.0" I.D. and a 4" inside length made of Translucent Green Vinyl, the complete part number would be "08-32BB".
